Comitrol processor 1700 URSCHEL
The Comitrol® processor model 1700 offers the highest level of versatility in the Comitrol range.
This unique range of grinders, designed and manufactured by Urschel® for maximum productivity and energy efficiency is an effective solution for a multitude of applications in the reduction of dry products, liquid or pasty.
It is recommended for dry and semi-moist fluid products such as textured vegetable proteins, peanut butter, surimi, baby food, potato flakes, fruit and vegetable puree, smooth or with markings, horseradish, the sauces, extruded products, nuts, fruit pulp, various spices, corn dough, cheese and a multitude of gels, ointments and creams.
It has reduction heads of 152,4 mm in diameter. Input product depends on reduction head style, impeller selection and spacing within the head. In general, the maximum dimension of the incoming product must not exceed :
– Cutting head : 63,5 mm.
– Microcut head and cutting head : 9,5 mm.
The sealed enclosure prevents the dispersion of dust, vapors and liquids when the Comitrol processor is installed in combination with a collection system. Stainless steel design ensures maximum durability and hygiene. The machine is equipped with stainless steel product contact parts, andoffers continuous operation for uninterrupted production and a simplified design for easy cleaning and maintenance.
A sealed enclosure prevents the dispersion of dust, vapors and liquids when the model 1700 is used in conjunction with a collection system.
