PL 900L paddle mixer

The PL 900L paddle mixer is designed to meet the needs of professionals in the food industry, whether for mixing meat, poultry or fish. This model guarantees perfect homogenization of sauces, spices and food additives, thanks to its paddles which rotate one inside the other. This helps produce a high quality mixture. The product can be inserted manually or via a loading device, which can be added as an option. Once mixed, the double vane system moves the product towards the outlet located at the bottom of the tank, which makes unloading easier.

What's more, the tank cover, operated by a pneumatic system, guarantees practical and safe use. Paddle speed and direction are fully adjustable, which offers great flexibility to adapt to different recipes. You can set the paddles to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise. This blender also features variable operating speeds to optimize the process.

Finally, to ensure user safety, the blender stops working when certain conditions are detected, such as opening the observation staircase or the protective cover.
