GOUET cooking tunnel
This cooking tunnel is intended for cooking brioches and muffins on stainless steel belt with metal mesh.
The cooking principle is heating by thermal recycling. The air is heated by a modulating natural gas burner with ionization safety, which makes it possible to smoothly regulate its temperature and therefore that of the oven.
The air is also stirred by a recycling fan which ensures its circulation towards the radiators of the floor and the vault, as well as the suction of burnt gases, fumes.

- A 3m single pass radiator and 3 3m radiators with double circuit in the floor.
- 4 3m double circuit radiators in the vault.
