Salad production line
A production line for mixed salads is available at Europ'Equipement !
The trays are unstacked and deposited on a conveyor. The trays move forward and pass under a first station where the green salad is placed. This salad arrives by an inclined conveyor in a dosing station with a packing system. The trays then pass successively under six automatic dosing stations (these dosing stations are fed by plastic container lifters). At the end of the line, a post has just dropped off an egg cut in four and cherry tomatoes (automatic counting). Then the trays pass through a system that folds down the lid and closes it.
